Saying hello. The blue Life-sized Lego extends Lego greetings to you.

The Life-sized Lego couple. Connected in more ways than one.

A big thumbs up from the red Life-sized Lego.
  • Wanting to beat our Robot Halloween costumes from last year, we spent many hours working on our Life-sized Lego Halloween costumes.
  • The costumes are constructed primarily of cardboard and duct tape. A oil-based enamel spray paint gives a plastic, lego-like shine.
  • On Halloween night our costumes were well received by the Halloween crowds. It was interesting to note that people were more apt to approach the blue Lego person as opposed to the red. In fact, the red lego costume was the victim of aggression and has a "scar" on its face from someone violently punching at the mouth.
  • Below are some additional pictures of our Life-sized Lego Halloween costumes.

Boxes upon boxes! My apartment was a huge mess while creating our costumes.

The early development stage. Look ma no hands.

Coming to life. Spray painting our costumes was the final step in the creation of our Life-sized Lego people.

A true reflection of beauty. You just can't get enough of yourself when you're a Life-sized Lego.

The encounter. . . Last year's robot Halloween costumes meet this year's Lego Halloween costumes..
